Given the COVID-19 pandemic, and so as to ensure the health and wellbeing of our shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the Board has decided that the AGM will be a closed meeting held in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020. The Company will arrange for the AGM to be convened with the minimum quorum of shareholders to conduct the formal business. Shareholders and others will not be able to join the AGM. You are therefore strongly advised to appoint the Chair of the meeting as your proxy to ensure that your vote is counted. Please refer to the letter from the Chairman in the Notice of AGM for further information.

Ordinarily the AGM is a valuable opportunity for the Board to respond to shareholder questions on the Company and its subsidiaries. The Board are keen to ensure that shareholders are able to put questions to the Directors and receive responses to those questions before the AGM. If you have any specific questions on the business of the AGM, please submit your questions ahead of the meeting by e-mail to or by post C/o The Company Secretary, 11 Soho Street, Soho, London W1D 3AD. Please include your Shareholder Reference Number along with your question. Questions received by 5.00pm on Friday, 11 December 2020 will be answered by the Company by close of business on Wednesday, 16 December 2020. Responses will be published below; no questions have been received to date. Any questions received by the Company after the 5.00pm Friday, 11 December 2020 deadline will be answered as soon as practicable following the AGM.
